SWEET SALTY SPICY NUT MIX
These nuts make the perfect homemade salty/sweet bar snack. A great way to use up any leftover nuts in the pantry.

Ingredients
100g raw cashews
100g raw almonds
100g raw pistachios
100g raw macadamia nuts
100g raw peanuts
30g unsalted butter
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 small sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Method
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the nuts on a tray with baking paper and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 2. Melt the butter and honey in a large frying pan. Add the cumin seeds, cayenne pepper and rosemary and stir to combine.
Step 3. Add the nuts to the pan and stir, coating all of the nuts. Season with sea salt and pour the nuts onto a tray with baking paper to cool and set for around 10-15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
Notes
You can make this nut mix with any combination of nuts.
