TOMATOES ON TOAST

Ingredients
2 slices seeded sourdough bread
1/4 cup labneh
1 Tbsp zaatar
1 large ripe heirloom or regular tomato, cut into slices
Salt and pepper
Small handful alfalfa sprouts
Extra virgin olive oil
Method
Step 1. Toast or grill the sourdough.
Step 2. Spread labneh over each slice and sprinkle over some zaatar. Place the tomatoes on top and season with salt and pepper. Top with alfalfa and drizzle with olive oil.
