BEAN + CHEESE JAFFLE

Ingredients
200g tinned baked beans
4 slices white sandwich bread
4 pieces cheddar cheese slices
Soft butter
Method
Step 1. Preheat a jaffle iron.
Step 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread and place them buttered side down into the jaffle iron.
Step 3. Spoon the baked beans over 2 of the slices of bread and place one slice of cheese on top.
Step 4. Top with the other piece of bread. Before closing the lid, place another slice of cheese on top of each sandwich. Cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is just crispy.
Hot Tip: Don’t eat straight away! Let the jaffles cool for a few minutes.
